you want to move up into management?
Heck do you want to be the CNO? Have
you given it any thought? Having a
career in nursing is great, but you
should always have a plan of action to
prevent yourself from becoming
stagnant. Give it some thought if you
haven’t done so yet and write down your
ultimate nursing goal.
