              What is your statement of affirmation?



               Write a statement of affirmation for

                 yourself. Re-write it 10 times. The


                  mind does not know the difference

               between what’s real and what’s not.

              It believes what you tell it to believe.


                  Make the grandest statement of

               affirmation to yourself and meditate

                 on it for 2 full minutes every night


              and every morning until if feels so real

                 that you start to believe it about


                                       yourself.
